Keynote

Keynote is one of the most used presentation tools today.  Keynote is similar to Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Presentation, but is exclusively for the Mac.  Keynote for the Mac makes it simple to create professional and interesting presentations.
With Keynote for Mac, dropping photos and videos, adding reflections and frames as well as insert interactive charts and tie it all together with cinema-quality transitions; a person is able to make an outstanding presentation.  And it’s built to fit the 64-bit performance of OS X Yosemite, the software for a Mac, so everything runs smoothly no matter how big the file.
Although it is not part of Microsoft Office, Apple has created a way for people working together to be able to use both Keynote on a Mac and Powerpoint on a PC.  You can save Keynote files as Powerpoint files, or import and edit Powerpoint documents right in Keynote.  The most popular Powerpoint features are supported on Keynote, making it easier for people to work on the same project.
Not only is Keynote made for the Mac, but it is also made for IOS.  This means a person can create presentations on their handheld device such as an iPad or an iPhone.  Apple-designed themes give each presentation a polished look.  This is good because presentations are always a way for people to communicate visually.  Creating charts on Keynote is very simple.  This is important because when making a chart, a person has to make sure that all the data is in the correct spot for the chart to be effective.  When explaining data, a chart is worth 1,000 words.  There are countless charts to choose from ranging from column and pie charts to scatter and bubble charts.
With Keynote, software for IOS and the Mac are both compatible, making it easy for a person to connect their work together.  Presentations on a Mac look just the same as one would on an IOS device.  A person can even access their presentations from the web, if a computer doesn’t have Keynote, and collaborate with others as well as share presentations.
Not only is Keynote a great tool for professional people to use to make presentations, but students also are benefited from this amazing software.  In school, high school and college, students are required to make presentations and work with other people.  Keynote makes it easy for students who have Macs, iPads, or iPhones to work together and make a professional-looking presentation.  Most of the charts/graphs are the same and transfer from a Powerpoint presentation to a Keynote presentation as well as shapes, themes, colors, etc,...  In high school and college, this is very popular for students to work together and use different softwares such as Microsoft Powerpoint and Keynote as well as Google Presentation.  Apple has made their software compatible to make it easier for students and business people.
Today, people are looking for ways to make everything easier.  Keynote is a great way for people to make presentations.  The way Keynote is made to be compatible with Powerpoint as well as accessed on the internet and on handheld devices such as the iPad and iPhone makes it very easy for users to use.
